Zco Corporation, one of the largest app development companies in the world, is looking for a social sales representative to work out of our Nashua, NH headquarters.
Purpose of the Role:
You will be working as part of the sales team selling our services including custom software, mobile apps, and creative services.
Person Specification:
You must be a go-getter who has the ability to work independently. We need someone who is energetic, optimistic, and is able to adapt to the ever-changing world of technology and the needs of their clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize social media outlets to reach out to prospective customers

Skills, Experience, and Competencies

Zco Corporation, one of the largest app development companies in the world, is looking for a marketing / sales intern to work out of our Nashua, NH headquarters.
About the Internship:
We are looking for an intern interested in working with the marketing and sales departments of a mobile app development company. This is an unpaid, for-credit, part-time internship. We are looking for an individual to commit to two days a week during the normal Monday-Friday 9a-5p business hours. We will be flexible with days and times based on your availability. Also, we are looking for an individual with previous work or internship experience.
Internship Tasks:
We are looking for the intern to work with us on the following projects, and be experienced or willing to learn the following tasks.

  • Social Media: You will be working with social media websites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+. You will be researching information to post on the various sites and find out the latest trends in technology.
  • Blog: During the internship you will be required to write and post a number of blog entries. Along with writing you will also help edit blog posts as well.
  • Email Marketing / Campaign: You will be helping with client relations and email marketing campaigns. For this you will be building a list of contacts to reach out to and promote our services.
  • Public Relations: You will be writing press releases, building media lists, and promoting Zco to local and national press. You will be helping not only to promote our services, but also marketing our events and our client’s applications.
  • Event Planning / Execution: You will be helping with the planning and logistics of tradeshows and events Zco will be participating in. This includes researching local events, writing press releases and pre-event promotional materials, gather event materials, and possibly attending events with Zco staff.
  • Sales: You will be helping the sales department with lead generation and lead nurturing. This includes calling clients and potential clients, creating sales documents, and attending sales meetings.

Main Purpose of the Role

The Implementation Specialist position is responsible for the installation, upgrade, troubleshooting and maintenance of PublicEye software on our client's server & mobile environments.

Person Specification

A successful candidate will have well rounded technical skills in both application and server support along with good communication skills to work with our clients to ensure they receive excellent support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remote installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the PublicEye server and mobile applications.
  • Work with the PublicEye support & sales teams to ensure smooth scheduling and completion of tasks.
  • Lead technical review calls with clients to evaluate hardware and network specifications based on application requirements.
  • Ensure that there are no avoidable configuration issues after software installs and upgrades in client production environments.
  • Provide technical training and support to customers.
  • Performing in-house installs and upgrades on pre-release versions of the software, and providing technical input on installation and technical guides.
  • Providing technical help on various in-house hardware, network and software issues.

Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies

  • Must be familiar with installing software on IIS (version 7 and above).
  • Must have configuration knowledge of SQL Server 2008/2012 & SQL Express.
  • Must have configuration knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 & 2012.
  • Proactive approach to investigation and analysis of technical issues.
  • Knowledge of web based application performance troubleshooting.
  • A high level of professionalism and client-facing skills, together with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be able and willing to travel and work with customers directly.
  • Flexible with working hours, you will be required to work with our off shore engineering teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills, Experience and Competencies

  • Experience with Police and Fire CAD & RMS systems.
  • Experience with mapping 3rd party data bases fields to a predefined schema.
  • Experience working with mobile devices and operating systems such as iOS, Android and Windows 8/RT.
  • Experience with compiling and deploying iOS, Android or Window 8/RT applications.
