A comScore survey reveals higher customer satisfaction with the Android as more iPhone users migrate toward the Android, choosing it over other smartphone platforms.<!--more-->Of 30,000 participants (users 13 and older) surveyed, 31.2% were most satisfied with the Android. The Research in Motion's BlackBerry came in second with 30.4% and Apple's iPhone clocked in at third with 24.7%, leaving Microsoft in fourth with a measly 8%. The poll was conducted from October 2010 through January 2011.

ComScore does not dive into logistical reasons behind the shift in preference, however, what can be extrapolated is that the survey clearly illustrates the evolving landscape in mobile applications. And that BlackBerry better bring its A-game.
