That's just one function of The Eck App, inspired by Hall of Fame pitcher and television commentator Dennis Eckersley. Users can alter a photo of themselves to include Eckersley's trademark moustache and hairstyle, brush up on his unique vocabulary, and test their knowledge of the legend himself.

He was there with the Association for Competitive Technology (ACT) and other developers to talk about the mobile app economy. The administration also wanted the group's input on its proposed Privacy Bill of Rights.
